Why Ostia

Ostia was the port of ancient Rome — the city that sat at the mouth of the Tiber, where goods, capital, and people moved between the empire and the rest of the world. It earned its name from the very thing it was: a doorway.

We chose the name because real estate plays the same role in modern capital markets. It is the asset class through which institutional wealth has been built and preserved for centuries — durable, productive, and tangible. The threshold between capital and the real economy.

Ostia Group operates at that gateway. We source, underwrite, and steward the assets that move long-term capital forward.
